Exchanges: All purchases are final, however Memorabilia will gladly allow any full priced item to be exchanged within 5 days of receiving the merchandise, as long as it has not been used, washed, or damaged in anyway. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled thus we may send them back to you. You can only exchange the purchased item for the same item in different size and/or color, based on availability. We will not accept exchanges of other kind. Should you decide to return a purchased product be advised that you will have to make a new order for every next purchase. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, tags attached, and need to be sent back in the original packaging to the country that was delivered to. Note that all return costs (from and to the recipient) are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancel an order:It is not possible to edit any orders once they have been confirmed. Any additional items you may wish to add will need to be placed as a new order, however it may be possible to combine them on dispatch. It may be possible for us to cancel an order, to allow you to replace it as you wish, providing the order has not already been dispatched. Please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible to cancel an order that has been confirmed.

Damaged Objects: Memorabilia insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. The client is required to check their packages carefully upon delivery so that they can register any reserves as required, with the carrier. Unaclaimed Objects : The order is delivered to the delivery address selected by the client during the checkout process. The information set out by the purchaser at the time the order is placed is binding upon the purchaser: in the event of an error in the text of the recipient’s contact and address details, the vendor cannot be held responsible for the fact that it is not possible to deliver the product. In the case of the prompting of an incorrect address thus making delivery impossible, Memorabilia can send the parcel back to the right address, only after the deposit of the new shipping cost.

Please follow the steps below to go forward with an exchange:
• Within 5 days of receiving the merchandise contact Memorabilia by e-mailing: If your exchange is within the guidelines listed above we will email you an exchange authorization within 1 business day after receiving your email.
• Once you have been authorized to make your exchange, send back the item(s) you wish to exchange to the address below, making sure it is post marked within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to include your original receipt, tags attached, and poly bags. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not post marked within 10 days of receiving the purchase.
• Once we have received your return and it has been approved, you will be notified by email. You will receive an additional email with your credit. The credit includes the cost of the product and tax, but excludes shipping.
• There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired color, but you can use your credit to purchase any new style/color you desire that’s in stock and the credit never expires until it’s been fully used.
